Bad Habits

All Habits are just learnt behaviours that have become so well learnt they are automatic and do not require concious thought to make them happen.

Nail Biting, Scratching, Picking are just a few examples.

Behind every behaviour is a positive intention, and a learnt 'program' or 'todo list', so every habit gives the individual a positive feedback of a sort.

That may be as simple as feeling better than before, or being more in control. Its very individual.
